Setting up User Document Permissions
This document contains instructions on how to
establish User Document Permissions.
- Sign into LILAC at level 7 or higher.
- Select Document - Setup - User Permissions
- In the User field, type in the Username, or
right mouse click and select the Username, for which Document permissions
are to be established. If the user does not exist, you will need to set the
user up in the Setup - Users document.
- In the lines provided, select the Documents
that you wish to grant access to for the User specified.
Once this information is established, the user
will always have access to these documents, regardless of the level of authority
they sign in at.
Users can not be given access to any document in
the Setup or the Utility menus.
