Menu Selection: Document - Utility - Check Balance
Purpose
This document allows the user to check and update the balance of each stock item.
Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites to checking the balance of stock.
Context
During normal LILAC multi user operations, it is possible for the stock level displayed on the Stock - Account document to become in accurate. This figure should reflect the quantity balance of the account. Running a check balance will correct this figure.
About This Screen
| Field | Enterable? | Instructions |
| Key | Yes | Displays the check balance key. |
| Operator | Yes | Type in the name of the person doing the check balance. |
Transaction Processing
| Button | Description |
| Check | Clicking the Check button will check the balance of stock for each product. |
