Purpose
This document allows appointments to be entered in the LILAC database.
Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites to setting up appointments.
Context
You can set up appointments for a person for a day. This can be done by any one who has access to LILAC. This is useful secretaries who update and schedule appointments for executives.
About This Screen

| User | Yes | Type in the owner of these appointments. |
| Week Day | No | The day of the week is displayed. |

Yes | Type in notes about the date selected if required. |

| Time | No | Displays the time in 30 minute intervals. |
| OK | Yes | Tick this field to indicate that this 30 minute intervals is allocated to an appointment. |
