Purpose

This document is used to customise the permissions of LILAC reports. 

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites to establishing report permissions.

Context

The entries define the minimum signed in level of authority for reports. If a report is not displayed on this screen, it's minimum authority level is four. If a user signs in at a level of authority below the minimum level of authority for a report, that report appears as grayed out in the reports menu. You can set the minimum level of authority for a report below four, and it should not be set at any level higher than seven.

About This Screen

Field Enterable? Instructions
Report Name Yes Type in the report name, (or click the right mouse button) and select the name from the list.
Level Yes Enter in the sign in authority required to access this report. This means that a person must sign in to LILAC with this level of authority or higher.

Once these permissions are established, they can be modified by anyone who can sign in at authority level 7. Future LILAC sessions will enforce these restrictions.
