Purpose

This document allows the user to customize the priorities available on the Schedule - Help Desk document.

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites to setting up priorities.

Context

The Schedule - Help Desk document, allows the user to enter in a task into the database. The Priority field which appears on this document defines the urgency of the help desk document.

Field Enterable? Instructions
Priority Yes Type in the new priority key.
Description Yes Type in a description of the priority.
