Purpose

This document allows the user to customize the help types available on the Schedule - Help Desk document.

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites to setting up help types.

Context

The Schedule - Help Desk document, allows the user to enter in a task into the database. The Help Type field which appears on this document defines the nature of the help desk document.
