Purpose

Description of Purpose

Prerequisites

The products and groups you wish to update the prices for must already exist in the Lilac3 Database, and there must be at least one subsidiary branch. Information on LILAC's support of multiple companies/branches can be located here.

Context

Searches the stock inventory and changes prices in the subsidiary branches to agree with the prices in the head office branch.

Fill in the products and groups you wish to synchronise, then click the Update button.

About This Screen

Field	Enterable?	Instructions
User	No	This is the key for the user currently signed in.
From Product	Yes	Type in the beginning product key (or click the right mouse button) and select the key from the list.
To Product	Yes	Type in the ending product key (or click the right mouse button) and select the key from the list.
From Group	Yes	Type in the beginning product group’s key (or click the right mouse button) and select the key from the list.
To Group	Yes	Type in the ending product group’s key (or click the right mouse button) and select the key from the list.

Transaction Processing

Button	Description
Update	Once the Update button has pressed, Lilac3 will search through the database and update the prices where appropriate. After it has finished its operation, the status will display how many prices where updated.
