Purpose

This document allows the user to set up an overhead percentage for all jobs, and revenue adjustments and accruals for individual jobs on the Jobs - Analysis report.

Prerequisites

To adjust a job, the job must already exist in the LILAC database.

Context

The Jobs - Analysis report breaks down the revenue and the costs of individual jobs. The Adjustments side of this document is used to adjust both the revenue and the costs (accruals). These figures are displayed in separate columns on the report. The overhead is to be entered in as a percentage, and this percentage is applied to the costs. For example, if a job had costs of $100 and an overhead of 10% was applied, then the total costs would be $110.
